Data Deletion

Last updated: March 10, 2026

1. What Data We Store

Social Media Manager ("the App") stores minimal data. Your Threads access token is kept in an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie in your browser. We do not store your profile information, posts, replies, or any other Threads data in any database or server-side storage.

2. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete all data associated with your account through any of these methods:

  • Log out — Click the logout button in the App. This immediately destroys your session cookie and removes your access token.
  • Clear browser cookies — Remove cookies for sm.buildry.cloud from your browser settings.
  • Revoke access from Threads — Go to your Threads account settings, find Social Media Manager in connected apps, and remove it. This invalidates your access token.

3. Automatic Data Deletion

When Meta sends a data deletion callback (for example, when you remove the App from your Threads account), we receive the request at our callback endpoint and confirm the deletion. Since we do not store user data server-side, no additional cleanup is required beyond invalidating the session.

4. Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request data deletion or have questions about your data, please contact us at oxb06261@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

5. Confirmation

After completing any of the deletion methods above, all data associated with your use of the App is fully removed. There is no residual data stored on our servers.
